Insurance & Financial Information
We strive to make your insurance and payment process as simple as possible. We accept almost all dental insurance plans, and our office will gladly process your dental and medical insurance claims for you. Please bring the necessary information (such as your insurance card(s) and photo ID) with you for your first visit. We are committed to helping you receive your maximum benefits.
In general, insurance plans only cover a portion of your total treatment costs. Unless we make other arrangements with you, it is our practice policy that you pay your estimated portion of the total treatment bill at the time of service. It is also your responsibility to pay any balance or costs not covered by your dental insurance company. At Northwest Dental Arts, we are currently in network with the following dental insurance plans:
In addition to dental insurance, we also accept payments made with your Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, as well as cash and checks. Our practice is pleased to offer 10% cash check discount, for our uninsured and an additional 5% for our uninsured senior patient’s ages 60+ years and Willamette University Students.
