In House Dental Benefit Plan
Northwest Dental Arts offers an In House Dental Benefit Plan
At Northwest Dental Arts we accept a variety of dental insurance plans and have always offered financing plans through Care Credit for patients without dental insurance. Now we have taken it a step further by offering an in-house dental plan of our own.
After payment of an annual fee, members will receive the following:
- Two regular dental checkups including an exam, necessary digital x-rays, a dental cleaning (50% off perio maintenance), oral cancer screening and oral hygiene instruction
- Unlimited emergency visits including a problem focused exam and a single x-ray (if necessary)
- 30% discount on necessary dental treatment
- $50 per year credit toward any dental treatment
- No Waiting Periods / No Claim Forms / No Restrictions on Treatment / No Pre-Determinations Necessary / No Age Limitations
Prices:
- Adult/Teen: $269/year
- Couple: $469/year
- Child: $199/year
